Scenario:
You are the new director of a childcare center that has had some marketing and public relations issues in the past. In the interest of making a fresh start, the board of directors has asked you to evaluate the strengths of the center and create a marketing plan. You will need to be prepared to present your marketing plan at the first board meeting of the year.
Focus Assignment:
1. Think about a childcare center that is familiar to you. Then imagine how you would market that center in light of its strengths and what you know about its socio-cultural context. Create at least a seven-page PowerPoint which summarize the highlights of your marketing plan. The 7-page requirement includes a cover page and reference page.
