Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager (SSM) II of the Registry Network and Contract Support Oversight Unit, the SSM I plans, organizes, directs, and supervises professional health care specialist and analytical staff performing varied and complex duties in the Registry Network Team (RNT).A Statement of Qualifications describes your education, experience, training, knowledge, skills and abilities as they relate to the information contained in the duty statement/essential functions.
Desirable Qualifications
In addition to evaluating each candidate’s relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, act tactfully and be articulate in high-level meetings. Ability to work collaboratively with peers and other staff. Ability to communicate professionally both orally and in writing.
Persons appointed to this position must be flexible, open-minded and be able to adjust to various changes in operation and structure. Must be able to handle sensitive, complex and confidential issues; utilize sound business approaches; be flexible to alternate methods of contract processing; and be able to gain the trust of staff, peers, and internal/external programs and agencies, etc.
The Statement of Qualifications shall not exceed one page in length and must be typed in Arial, 12 point font.
